Duties

• Mix concrete consistently for installers.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, lawnmowers, and excavators safely and efficiently
• Support installation projects involving hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures
• Prep areas for curbing installation using a powered edging tool, shovels, etc.
• Conduct general site cleanup, debris removal, snow plowing during winter months, and other maintenance tasks to keep work sites safe and tidy

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment such as excavators
• Basic understanding of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and hardscape installation.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems operation and troubleshooting techniques
• Previous construction experience or landscaping background is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essentia
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions while working independently or as part of a team
