• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently
• Support the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
• Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and irrigation system installation or repair
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring safe working conditions at all times
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or gardening projects as needed to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping or construction tools
• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators safely
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care practices is a plus
