Landscape Laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position requires a passion for nature, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep
• Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, and pathways
• Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration and health
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties
• Conduct regular groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and debris removal
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and garden maintenance is a plus
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
