Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and gardening to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks including digging, edging, and pruning
• Support the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Maintain equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, excavators, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance
• Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Help with snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and team members
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working with machinery like excavators or other construction equipment

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment effectively
• Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required—training will be provided
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators or irrigation systems is a plus
