Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy
• Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and tree trimming to promote growth and safety
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, trenching, and installing irrigation systems or hardscape features
• Support construction projects by handling excavation with equipment such as excavators and assisting in the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Conduct routine landscape upkeep including gardening tasks like planting flowers or shrubs and maintaining garden beds
• Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access for clients
• Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery
• Strong understanding of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques
• Experience with landscaping projects including hardscape installation and tree care
