Landscape Installation Laborer (Temporary / Project-Based)

My Dragonfly Native Gardens is seeking experienced Landscape Installation Laborers to assist with landscape installation, native plant installation, irrigation installation, and hardscape installation projects throughout Central Florida.

This position is intended for individuals with real-world experience in landscape construction, landscape installation, construction labor, irrigation, nursery operations, agriculture, groundskeeping, tree planting, shrub installation, or related outdoor trades.

Applicants without prior field experience in landscape installation, landscape construction, irrigation installation, hardscape installation, construction labor, nursery work, or agricultural labor will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Native plant installation
• Tree planting and shrub installation
• Garden installation and landscape installation
• Site preparation and bed preparation
• Soil preparation and soil amendment incorporation
• Mulch installation
• Trenching and digging
• Irrigation installation and drip irrigation installation
• Material handling and movement of landscape materials
• Hardscape installation, including pathways, edging, pavers, and retaining wall systems
• Job site cleanup and organization
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a landscape crew
