Landscape Installation Foreman

Position Overview

As the Landscape Installation Foreman, you will lead a crew in the installation, renovation, and improvement of landscape projects, ensuring exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation on enhancements and construction projects.
• Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
• Direct, train, and motivate crew members to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Operate a variety of landscape and construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and team members.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualities we're looking for

* Strong leadership and crew management skills * Excellent communication and problem solving abilities. * High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Ability to read and understand blueprints, maps and construction documents. * Solid understanding of landscape construction methods (planting, irrigation, hardscape, drainage, grading, etc.) * Proactive, reliable, and organized. * Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. * Knowledge of safety practices and procedures. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in landscape enhancements or construction (foreman experience preferred). * Valid Driver's License. * Ability to pass a pre employment drug screening.
