We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial projects in the Idaho Falls area. This is a very hands-on leadership role — you will work alongside your crew while managing daily job site operations.

What You’ll Do

* Lead and manage a crew of 3–6 team members * Work hands-on daily in landscape construction projects * Read and interpret plans and layouts * Oversee and perform installation of: * + Paver patios, walkways, and driveways + Retaining walls + Grading and drainage systems + Irrigation systems + Plantings and sod * Operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, compactors, etc.) * Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards * Maintain job site safety * Communicate with project managers and clients * Assist with snow operations during winter months

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of landscape construction experience
• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hardscape installation and grading
• Ability to read and build from plans
• Confident equipment operator
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and leadership mentality
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons

This is not a supervisor-only position — we are looking for a working foreman who leads by example.
