What Youll Do

Train hands-on with experienced team members in landscape installation, irrigation, hardscape, and maintenance

Learn a skilled trade with long-term career opportunities

Show up ready to work outdoors in all conditions

Follow safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized job site

Support your crew with whatever it takes to get the job done

Stay accountable and take pride in doing things right

What You Need

No experience requiredjust a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation and ability to work 40+ hours a week

A positive attitude and team-first mentality

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day

Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to grow into more responsibility

Bonus if youve worked with tools, on a farm, or in construction before

What You Get

Pay: $17$30/hour depending on experience

Biweekly pay + direct deposit
