Landscape Field Operations Supervisor

Let It Grow, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Landscape Field Operations Supervisor. The position is responsible for supervision of commercial, public site maintenance service projects & high-end residential midrise rooftops. We strongly prefer candidates who have worked in the landscape maintenance industry and have a strong track record of meeting project schedules. Projects include parks, athletic complexes, luxury mid-rise residential, government, universities, retail, and corporate – encompassing landscape and hardscape expertise.

Field Operations Supervisors are also responsible for

• Providing customers and crews with clear and easy to understand information pertaining to job goals.
• Delivering and following up on all project issues to ensure that clients have enough information to make an informed decision and act in a timely manner.
• Maintaining open lines of communication with internal staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years site supervisor experience
• Organized and able to manage time, work crews of 25-30 people, and administrative compliance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and ability to multi-task
• Computer skills a must **Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Follows workplace and vehicle safety procedures consistently
• College education preferred with a Horticultural/Landscape Industry/Turf grass science field
