• Create detailed landscape plans and construction documents utilizing AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), MicroStation, and other CAD-based software.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into all projects, emphasizing eco-friendly materials, water-efficient irrigation systems, and native plant selections.
• Use GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools such as ArcView and ArcGIS to analyze site data, land use patterns, and environmental constraints for informed planning.
• Conduct land surveying activities and collaborate with civil engineers to integrate civil infrastructure elements like hardscape features, drainage systems, and grading plans.
• Prepare accurate construction estimates and project management documentation to ensure timely delivery within budget parameters.
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and team members throughout all project phases from initial concept through landscape maintenance planning.
