Rogers Landscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Designer / Design Consultant to join our high-end residential design-build team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating beautiful outdoor living spaces while building strong relationships with homeowners. You'll lead clients through the design process, help them visualize what's possible, and develop into a trusted design consultant with unlimited earning potential.

This is not a drafting-only position. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting with clients, solving problems, presenting creative solutions, and wants to grow into a top-performing designer and sales professional.
