Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians on various projects including lawn care, planting, pruning, and construction tasks
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
• Perform quality control checks on completed work to meet company standards and client expectations
• Maintain safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all crew members
• Provide training and mentorship to team members in areas such as landscape maintenance, tree care, gardening, and equipment operation
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify project details and address any concerns

Requirements

Must have valid driver license

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor work environments
• Supervising experience leading small teams or crews in outdoor settings
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, garden design, and plant health management
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members effectively
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
