Who We Are

We are a full-service landscape architecture, design, and installation firm. We do not perform lawn maintenance or routine mowing services. Our work is project-based, detail-driven, and built to a higher standard than typical landscaping companies.

What This Role Really Is

This is not a “show up and coast” position. This role is for someone who takes pride in building things the right way, works with urgency, and wants to develop real, transferable skills in landscape construction. You will be working directly on custom outdoor environments—installing, building, and executing projects that require precision, endurance, and accountability.If you’re looking for easy work, this is not the job. Core Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks on active landscape construction projects with efficiency and attention to detail
• Assist in all phases of installation: planting, grading, lighting, irrigation, and hardscape work
• Work hands-on with trees, plants, and outdoor systems
• Maintain productivity and quality standards on-site
• Take initiative in learning processes, systems, and best practices
• Obtain and maintain any required licenses over time

Required

• Valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying conditions
• Strong work ethic and consistency—this is a production-based environment
• Reliability: show up on time, ready to work, every day
• Willingness to learn and be coached

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

• Experience with:
• Landscape lighting systems
• Irrigation installation/repair
• Plant identification and installation
• Tree pruning
• Hardscaping (pavers, stonework, etc.)
