Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently.
• Support tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety.
• Perform routine landscape construction tasks such as installing pathways, retaining walls, or other hardscape elements.
• Conduct general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members on project execution and follow safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators is advantageous.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, tree care, and snow plowing enhances your fit for the role.
• Knowledge of hardscape installation, or construction projects is a plus.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team.
