What You’ll Do

• Landscape installation and construction
• Lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
• Irrigation installation, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
• Mulching, drainage projects, and hardscape assistance
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely
• Work efficiently as part of a team while delivering high-quality results

Qualifications

• Prior experience with landscaping or construction work is preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is essential
• Basic mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as mowers or trimmers
• Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification and landscape maintenance techniques
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform outdoor labor for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards safety and quality workmanship
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and punctuality
