Landscape Construction Supervisor

Description

Seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Supervisor with knowledge of landscaping, hardscapes, fences, decks, irrigation, drainage, and outdoor living projects. Must have leadership skills, experience managing crews, strong communication, and the ability to oversee projects from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape or construction management
• Experience operating equipment and supervising job sites
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to train and motivate crew members
• Experience using estimating software or project management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews
• Coordinate projects, materials, and schedules
• Ensure quality workmanship and job site safety
• Communicate with clients and team members
• Take measurements and review project plans
• Keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Troubleshoot issues and provide field solutions

Skills

• Experience in landscaping and outdoor construction
• Knowledge of fences, decks, patios, pavers, retaining walls, irrigation, and drainage
• Ability to read plans and take field measurements
• Experience leading and managing crews
• Ability to schedule jobs and coordinate materials
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
