Landscape Construction Foreman

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a crew in various landscaping projects, including lawn care, tree care, building structures, gardening, and equipment operation. Your leadership and supervisory skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects and maintaining high-quality landscapes.

Duties: - Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers in daily operations - Plan and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines - Perform landscape installation/maintenance tasks. - Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, trucks, trailers, etc. - Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants according to design plans - Build structures such as retaining walls, decks, pergolas, patios - Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools - Ensure company quality and processes are followed and completed correctly

Skills: - Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and yourself when working solo. - Proven experience in landscaping projects as a leader - Extensive knowledge of lawn care techniques and property care practices - Proficient in landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding - Ability to build structures using various materials - Knowledge of equipment and maintenance is a must - Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during projects
