is seeking a skilled Landscape Designer + Estimator to join our Austin-based landscape architecture and design-build studio. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of professional experience who can confidently support design development, construction documentation, estimating, takeoffs, and project coordination.

We are looking for someone who is beyond entry level — a thoughtful, detail-oriented designer who understands how to move landscape projects from concept into clear drawings, organized scopes, and buildable plans. The right candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative studio environment and coordinating with both design and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce landscape design drawings, construction documents, planting plans, hardscape plans, and detail drawings
• Prepare takeoffs, quantities, and organized estimating information for design-build projects
• Assist with design development from schematic design through construction documentation
• Support revisions, redlines, and drawing updates with accuracy and efficiency
• Help translate design intent into clear, buildable plans and scopes of work
• Coordinate with the design team, construction team, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors
• Assist with client-facing presentations, plan sets, proposals, and project documentation
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, estimates, and production materials
• Contribute to high-quality residential and boutique commercial landscape projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture required
• 2+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, landscape design, or design-build required
• Strong AutoCAD skills required
• Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or similar design software preferred
