Landscape Materials & Delivery Coordinator

About Us

At Cutters Landscaping & Pools, we design and build high-end outdoor living spaces, including custom pools, landscapes, outdoor kitchens, patios, and more. We are looking for a dependable, organized professional to join our operations team and help keep our projects running efficiently.

This position is much more than simply driving. You'll be responsible for coordinating material deliveries, supporting field crews, maintaining organization in our yard, and ensuring our teams have everything they need to stay productive.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Ford F-250 while towing a dump trailer.
• Pick up and deliver landscaping and pool construction materials to jobsites throughout the Austin area.
• Verify orders before leaving suppliers to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with project managers and field crews regarding delivery schedules.
• Maintain an organized yard, equipment, and material inventory.
• Load and unload materials including:
• Plants
• Mulch
• Soil
• Gravel
• Stone
• Pavers
• Irrigation supplies
• Pool materials
• Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections.
• Assist with miscellaneous operations tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience towing trailers (dump trailer experience preferred).
• Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, pool construction, or the construction industry.
• Knowledge of landscape and construction materials is highly preferred.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Texas weather.
