⭐ Technical Requirements

• ISA Certified Arborist (required)
• 5+ years of experience in the tree industry
• Strong pruning fundamentals and understanding of tree biology
• Ability to identify common PNW species, pests, and disorders
• Comfortable assisting with climbing (not required but a plus)
• Familiarity with ANSI A300 and Z133 standards
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to support tree climbers and ground crew
