Top performers earn up to $400 per day, depending on experience.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced climbers who can confidently and safely perform pruning and removals in residential settings.

Qualified candidates will have

• Minimum 2+ years professional tree climbing experience
• Proficiency in modern climbing systems (SRT & DRT)
• Experience with technical rigging and close-quarter removals
• Strong understanding of pruning standards and tree care principles
• Knowledge of tree ID and basic disease ID
• Aerial rescue knowledge and strong safety awareness
• Ability to work efficiently throughout a full 8-hour day in all weather conditions
• Professional communication and strong customer service skills

Safety & Professional Standards

• Proper PPE and hazard recognition
• Knowledge of Dig Alert procedures
• Emergency tree rescue procedures
• Rope handling, knot knowledge, and safe rigging techniques
• Gear and climb saw must pass safety inspection
