Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused ISA Certified Tree Arborist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in tree care, pruning, removals, and diagnosing tree health issues. You will work with a crew to maintain, trim, and remove trees, ensuring safety for both people and property while preserving natural beauty.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tree care tasks such as pruning, cabling, bracing, and removals using professional climbing or aerial lift techniques
• Identify tree diseases, pests, and structural problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Operate and maintain tools such as chainsaws, chippers, climbing gear, and aerial lifts
• Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times, especially when working near power lines or on elevated platforms
• Communicate with team members and clients about job expectations and safety measures
• Keep accurate records of work performed and report on job site activity
• Follow all ANSI and OSHA safety standards and company procedures
• Support cleanup of job sites, including brush and debris removal

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Tree Climber or Arborist preferred
• Certified Arborist (ISA) or willingness to obtain certification is required
• Ability to climb trees using ropes and harnesses or operate an aerial lift
• Strong knowledge of tree species, growth habits, and common diseases/pests
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
