Hardscape Foreman

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead our outdoor construction projects focused on hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other stone or concrete installations. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of hardscape projects while supervising a team of skilled workers. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians and laborers in installing hardscape elements with precision and attention to detail
• Coordinate project timelines, materials procurement, and workflow to ensure timely completion of projects
• Oversee site preparation, including grading, soil stabilization, and drainage setup for optimal hardscape installation
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during construction activities to maintain a secure work environment
• Conduct quality inspections throughout each phase of the project to meet design specifications and client expectations
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and other trades to resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours for reporting purposes

Skills

• Strong background in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and horticulture with a focus on hardscape construction
• Proven supervising experience leading teams in outdoor construction environments
• Knowledge of lawn care, gardening practices, irrigation systems, and tree care techniques
