ABOUT THE ROLE

Lang's Garden is looking for an experienced landscape operations leader to run production across our growing company. You'll oversee multiple crews, manage field operations, and help us scale from $4M+ to $10M+ in revenue. This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the field with your teams every day — driving quality, solving problems, and building the operational infrastructure for our next chapter. We have a dedicated Sales & Marketing Director who handles all design and client relationships. We have a Business Office Manager handling invoicing and admin. What we need is the person who takes sold work, turns it into a production plan, and makes sure it gets done right. Clean lanes. Clear accountability. Your job is production.

We're a premium garden center and landscape services company based in Linwood, NJ — known for exceptional plants, expert design, and the kind of service that keeps clients for decades. We operate three revenue streams: a full-service retail garden center, a landscape design/install and maintenance division, and a potting shop with 100+ recurring clients. We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) with weekly L10 meetings, scorecards, and quarterly rocks. We're opening a second location (Lang's West) in 2026-2027. Acquisition targets are in the pipeline. The right person in this seat becomes a true partner in building something significant.
