WHY LANG'S GARDEN

Most landscape companies promote their best foreman into a management role and hope for the best. We're doing this differently. We've already built the infrastructure — EOS operating system, scorecards, a Job Queue scheduling system, fleet management tools, and clear accountability charts. We have a strong road supervisor who knows the field.

We have a Sales Director who handles all design and client relationships.

We have an office manager handling invoicing and admin.

What's missing is the person who ties it all together. The leader who takes the sold work, turns it into a production plan, manages the field teams, and delivers it at the quality standard Lang's Garden is known for. If you've been looking for a company that has its act together and just needs the right ops leader to unlock the next level — this is it.
