Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians in performing landscape maintenance, gardening, and landscaping tasks
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion
• Oversee landscape construction activities including planting, soil preparation, and installation of features
• Conduct quality checks on work performed to meet company standards and client expectations
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and promote a safe working environment for the team
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment use, and best practices
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for landscape maintenance and construction projects

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor services
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
