Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and safety-driven Arborist / Tree Climber to join our Tree Care Division. In this role, you will work hands-on in climbing, pruning, removals and tree health care combining technical tree work with proactive landscape care. Youll play a key role in protecting tree health, safety and the visual excellence of the landscapes we manage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tree pruning, removals and structural maintenance using safe climbing and rigging techniques.
• Evaluate tree health: identify pests, diseases or nutrient issues and recommend appropriate plant health care treatments.
• Administer plant health care applications such as trunk injections, soil amendments, spray treatments and fertilization.
• Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers and other tree-care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Execute safe rigging, lowering and removal operations in varied settings.
• When applicable, assist in training or mentoring crew members to uphold our high standards.
• Work collaboratively with your supervisor, field staff and clients to plan and deliver safe, efficient, high-quality job execution.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of 5 + years of professional arborist or climbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of proper pruning, rigging and removal techniques.
