We are seeking a motivated and skilled Subcontractor specializing in Lawn Care and Landscaping to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of outdoor projects, from maintaining lush lawns to creating stunning landscape features. Duties

• Perform comprehensive lawn care services including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to ensure healthy, vibrant turf.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching to enhance curb appeal.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like digging, planting, and installing landscape features.
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and snow plows when necessary for site preparation or seasonal cleanup.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and health of landscaped areas.
• Build hardscape elements including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision.
• Provide ongoing maintenance of landscapes by performing tree care including trimming and pruning, as well as snow plowing during winter months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related construction fields with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
• Mechanical knowledge of tools such as hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment.
