Skilled Laborer-Landscaper

Job Summary

We are growing fast, and we’re looking for a full‑time Laborer to join our team. We install fiberglass pools, build outdoor living spaces, and create high‑quality landscape projects across Central Indiana.Experience is preferred, but ALL applicants are welcome. Duties

• Assist with pool installations
• landscaping
• outdoor construction
• Operate hand tools and equipment
• Load/unload materials
• Support crew leads on job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Experience
• Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance with a strong understanding of horticulture principles
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, and snow plows
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and irrigation systems
• Ability to use hand tools (shovels, rakes), power tools (chainsaws, blowers), and construction equipment confidently and safely. Plus if you can operate skid steerer and other heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of snow removal techniques during winter seasons is a plus
• Prior experience working on hardscape installations or construction projects is desirable
