Job Overview

As a Landscaping Technician, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and improvement of residential and commercial landscapes. You will perform a variety of outdoor tasks that help create and maintain attractive, and functional properties. Work may include lawn care, landscape installation, planting, mulching, tree and shrub care, seasonal cleanups, irrigation work, hardscape assistance, grading, drainage improvements, and other landscape projects.

The company's quality standards are responsibilities also include preparing job sites, transporting materials, maintaining tools and equipment, keeping work areas clean and organized, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

Landscaping Technicians work are to complete projects of various sizes while following company policies, safety procedures, and industry best practices.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed
• Start times may vary based on project locations, weather, and operational needs.
• Overtime opportunities may be available during landscaping seasons.
• Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality throughout the work season.
• Time-off requests should be submitted in advance and will be reviewed based on staffing levels, project schedules, and business needs.
• Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays may be required to meet projects requirments or respond to seasonal business demands.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping and outdoor labor experience is required at least 1 year of experience
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
