What You'll Do

As a Sales Arborist, you'll be the face of Sherlock Tree — the expert clients rely on to assess their property, recommend the right solutions, and earn their long-term trust.

• Build lasting relationships with residential, commercial, and HOA clients
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver expert tree care recommendations
• Sell a full range of services including pruning, removal, and plant health care
• Partner closely with our operations team to ensure every job is delivered flawlessly
• Represent one of South Florida's most respected names in tree care

What We're Looking For

• Background in arboriculture or a closely related field *(ISA Certification a plus)*
• A natural ability to connect with clients and close deals
• Strong communication skills — you can explain complex tree issues in plain language
• A team player who takes ownership and follows through
