Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Crew Leader, Landscape to spearhead our landscaping and maintenance projects. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape crew members to ensure timely completion of landscaping projects
• Lead landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, fertilizing, and lawn care with precision and care
• Manage irrigation systems, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize watering schedules for healthy landscapes
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and maintenance practices are followed
• Oversee safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Collaborate with project managers on construction projects to align landscaping efforts with project timelines and specifications
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members in horticulture techniques, equipment operation, and best practices in landscape maintenance

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant identification and garden care
• Supervising or team management experience in outdoor or construction settings
• Knowledge of irrigation management systems and troubleshooting skills for irrigation issues
