Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Arborist to join our team in a residential and commercial sales position. As a Sales Arborist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling tree care services to residential and commercial clients. This position combines arboricultural expertise with business development and customer relationship management to deliver customized solutions and exceptional customer experiences while expanding our client base and supporting long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities Essential Functions

Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within residential and commercial tree care markets. Conduct prospect research and develop strategies to engage potential customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives and campaigns. Meet with clients to assess tree care needs and recommend tailored service solutions. Prepare and present customized proposals, estimates, and service recommendations. Educate customers on tree health, maintenance practices, and the value of professional tree care services. Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives.
