Duties

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in performing landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and construction projects.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, trees, shrubs, and other plantings with precision and care.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets safety standards and client expectations.
• Support team members with technical guidance on horticulture practices, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies; ensure proper maintenance and safe operation at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project needs and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or related fields.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and tools; ability to perform basic repairs if needed.
