About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in landscaping and hardscaping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flower beds
• Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Spread mulch, gravel, and other materials
• Operate landscaping machinery
• Assist with irrigation systems and hardscape installs
• Follow site plans and direction from team leads
• Keep tools and workspaces clean and organized

Requirements

• 1 year of previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary)
