Silva's Greenscape is a family owned and operated landscape company based out of Brockton, MA since 2022. We provide both residential and commercial landscape services. Our services include lawn repair and restoration, lawn design, clean ups, maintenance, mulch/crushed stone removal and installation, light tree work ie. trimming, bush/brush removal, plant installation, removal, and maintenance. Silva's Greenscape is seeking an energetic team member to join our landscape team. We are in need of an experienced landscaper with experience using various landscape equipment and some plant knowledge. We are offering part time positions with ability to become full time.

Qualifications

• Work authorization (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• 1 year experience in field or related field of study
• DOT Card (can be obtained after hiring)
• must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
• must be able to handle lifting and moving heavy objects on a regular basis
• Comply with and obey all company policies/procedures and safety requirements
• Work as part of a team and take direction from management
• Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and in a safe manner
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Work effectively with peers of differing background and knowledge
• Punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible
• MUST exercise highest standards of professionalism with clients
• Career minded & potential to grow with in the Company

Requirements

• Previous landscape installation employment for minimum 1 year or related field of study
• Ability to work outdoors during extreme heat and/or cold weather
• Physical fitness levels to perform job tasks
