is looking for a dependable Landscape Crew Member to join our small, hardworking team for the remainder of the summer and into early fall. We create sustainable, biodiverse gardens and landscapes across Western Massachusetts and value people who are prepared, take pride in quality work, and follow through on commitments.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• This is a hands-on outdoor role based in the Greater Springfield and East Longmeadow areas. The work is performed at residential and commercial client sites throughout Western Massachusetts.
• The right candidate enjoys active work and wants to build practical skills while receiving competitive pay.
• Availability during summer 2026 through October is strongly preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintain gardens/landscapes through planting, pruning, weeding, mulching, mowing, and trimming.
• Support landscape preparation and installation (examples: garden beds, patios, and walkways)
• Load, unload, organize, and safely use tools, equipment, and landscaping materials
• Maintain orderly job sites and exhibit quality standards reflective of the company.
• Travel with crew to client properties, protect client sites, and complete work safely and efficiently.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

• Dependable attendance: arrives on time, ready to work, and communicates early if an issue arises.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned job sites, with consistent availability through summer / early fall.
• Comfort working outdoors in changing weather and completing physically active work, including lifting and moving materials that can be 40 pounds.
• A coachable, safety-minded approach with respect for tools, coworkers, client property, and quality standards
• Experience with landscaping tools, gardening, construction, or outdoor labor is preferred.
