Join our dynamic team as an Outside Grounds Maintenance Specialist, where your energy and expertise will transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, well-maintained environments. You will be responsible for maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of various outdoor areas by utilizing your mechanical knowledge and landscaping skills. Whether you're trimming trees, operating power tools, or painting, your efforts will directly contribute to creating inviting and sustainable outdoor spaces for our facility curb appeal, and an enjoyable experience for our customers.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weed trimming along curbs, fuel islands, parking barriers, and etc., to enhance aesthetic appeal.
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools, power tools, to complete landscaping and projects efficiently.
• Install and repair hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to improve landscape functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety standards are met and extend operational lifespan.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience in the operation of weed trimmers, leaf blowers, and etc.
• Must have the physical ability to pull carts with tools and garbage cans, picking up and disposal of the trim waste and other trash that is found during the trim and cleanup operation.
• Experience with exterior painting of concrete barriers, curbs, and etc. is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• The qualified candidate must be able to work well without direct supervision, being able to see and understand the needs and tasks to be completed.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
