Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mowing & Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew in our growing maintenance division. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily mowing operations, maintaining property quality standards, and ensuring efficiency and safety on every job.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a mowing/maintenance crew on a daily basis
• Perform commercial and residential mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-up
• Ensure properties are maintained to Rye Beach Landscaping’s quality standards
• Operate and maintain equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Manage daily job schedules and communicate with management using LMN Crew
• Train and mentor crew members
• Conduct site walkthroughs and identify additional service opportunities
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or mowing operations
• Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mowing patterns, striping, and property presentation
• Ability to operate commercial equipment (60” mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
