is hiring a dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborer / Crew Member to join our growing team in the Lakes Region.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up on time, works well with a crew, and is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. This position is a great fit for someone with landscaping, property maintenance, construction, hardscape, or outdoor labor experience.

Job Type

Full-time / Seasonal with potential for year-round work Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed Location: Lakes Region, NH Pay: Competitive hourly pay, based on experience Compensation Range: $20–$28/hour depending on experience, license, skills, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Mulch installation, bed edging, and general property maintenance
• Brush removal, debris cleanup, and loading/unloading materials
• Assisting with landscape construction, hardscape prep, drainage, stone, and planting projects
• Operating basic hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Working closely with the crew leader to complete jobs efficiently and to company standards

Experience & Skills Preferred

• Prior landscaping, lawn care, construction, hardscape, excavation, or property maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of mowing, trimming, mulch installation, cleanups, and basic landscape tools
• Ability to safely use hand tools, blowers, trimmers, mowers, rakes, shovels, and wheelbarrows
• Experience driving a truck/trailer, operating small equipment, or working around skid steers/excavators is a plus
• Plant knowledge, pruning experience, or hardscape experience is a plus
