Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mower/Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. Duties

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas efficiently and safely
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and weeding to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces
• Use hand tools and small machinery like shovels, rakes, pruners, and aerators for detailed landscaping work
• Assist with installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden beds
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety
• Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes
• Prepare sites for seasonal tasks like snow plowing or winterizing landscapes when applicable
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance or related outdoor work preferred
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and small machinery such as excavators or skid-steers is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of horticulture principles including gardening techniques and plant health care
