Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscape maintenance technicians to complete landscaping, lawn care, gardening, and tree care tasks efficiently and to high standards.
• Assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Perform hands-on landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, bllowing, irrigation system installation and repair, and general garden upkeep.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure all team members follow proper procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee that all work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, horticulture best practices, and maintenance procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to coordinate project timelines and address any issues promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
• Prior supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments is highly preferred.
