Description: Employment: Part Time, $16/hour

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (24 hours/week)

Position reports to

Maintenance Team Leader

Purpose/Goal

Provide guests an enjoyable stay primarily by keeping the property grounds, hotel building, and guest rooms in excellently maintained condition; and provide. Primary duties are to maintain landscaping: Weed control, fertilization, seasonal planting and pruning, removing of debris, dripline irrigation checks, repairs and adjusting, potted plants. Sweep parking lot, gathering property garbage, monitor boiler room, assist maintenance team as requested with basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC's. Willing to train. Occasional driving of guests to/from St. George airport in hotel shuttle.
