We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining the health and appearance of residential and commercial properties through various landscaping tasks. The Lawn Technician will work outdoors, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment to ensure high-quality service. This position also offers a pathway to advance into a crew lead role within two years for those who show initiative and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
• Execute bush trimming tasks to promote healthy growth.
• Utilize power tools effectively for various landscaping duties.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mulching, weeding, and fertilizing.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through routine checks and repairs.
• Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service.

Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools and landscaping equipment safely.
• Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
• Experience in bush trimming, landscape maintenance, and garden care.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for efficient water usage.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
