Lead Landscape & Maintenance Technician

Lakeside Village HOA in Rockwall, TX is seeking a full-time Lead Landscape & Maintenance Technician.

Pay: $23–$27 per hour (based on experience) Full-time position with overtime opportunities.

This hands-on outdoor position assists with maintaining our golf course, common areas, landscaping, streets, and facilities. Duties include mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation, maintenance projects, and supervising staff in the Superintendent’s absence.

Qualifications: ✔ Valid driver's license ✔ Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscaping equipment ✔ Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented ✔ Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions ✔ Able to lift 50+ lbs. ✔ Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
