Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Specialist, where your passion for outdoor beauty and hands-on skills will transform ordinary spaces into stunning landscapes. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties through expert lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape projects. MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO AND FROM WINTER GARDEN TO THE OFFICE EACH DAY-

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to keep lawns lush and healthy using power tools and hand tools.
• Maintain landscape features including planting beds, shrubs, trees, and flower arrangements with precision pruning and tree care techniques..
• Assist with gardening tasks including soil preparation, planting, mulching, and pest control to promote vibrant landscapes.
• Support tree trimming, pruning, and removal efforts to maintain healthy growth or clear hazards.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for outdoor work is essential. IT IS HOT!
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators is highly desirable.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
