Job Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and bi-weekly lawn mowing services.
• String trimming, edging, and blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and patios.
• Landscape bed maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and mulch installation.
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ornamental grasses.
• Install sod, seed, straw, and perform lawn renovations.
• Assist with paver patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape installations.
• Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and maintain tools, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain clean job sites and provide professional service to customers.
• Follow all company safety procedures and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be willing and able to travel to job sites within approximately a 70-mile radius of the Nashville, TN area.
• Overnight travel is rare and generally not required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from the designated daily meeting location.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
