Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators to perform lawn care and landscaping tasks efficiently.
• Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, aerating, fertilizing, and applying pesticides responsibly to promote healthy growth.
• Identify different plant species and assess their health to provide appropriate care or recommend treatments.
• Perform tree trimming, pruning, and planting to enhance landscape aesthetics and ensure safety.
• Execute landscape projects including hardscape installation such as patios or walkways while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating lawn equipment and hand tools safely.
• Background in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred.
• Prior experience in landscaping or outdoor construction projects is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Driver’s license is a plus
• Reliable and on time preferred
• Bilingual preferred but not necessary
