Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Worker to join our dynamic landscape maintenance team. Responsibilities

• Mow lawns using power tools such as mowers and trimmers to ensure even, well-manicured grass surfaces.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrubbery care to promote healthy growth.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment like edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently.
• Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
• Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.
• Support construction projects involving hardscape installation such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls.
• Maintain equipment through routine inspections and mechanical repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on tree care initiatives, including planting and removal when necessary.
• Assist with gardening tasks such as soil preparation, mulching, fertilizing, and pest control to enhance landscape aesthetics.
• Follow safety protocols diligently while handling landscaping machinery like excavators or other heavy equipment.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
