Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and trim grass using mowers and other power tools to ensure neat, even surfaces.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning to promote healthy growth.
• Operate hand tools and machinery including trimmers, blowers, excavators, and hedge cutters safely and efficiently.
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and assessing tree health to maintain safety and aesthetics.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.
• Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stones, and maintaining existing structures.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects that include gardening, planting beds, or landscape design enhancements.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
